DESCRIPTION: PURE VERMENTINO DOC, CULTIVATED FROM VINES PREDOMINANTLY NEAR THE SEA. DRY ON THE PALATE, CONFIRMING IN THE MOUTH WHAT IS REVEALED ON THE NOSE.

Classification: VERMENTINO di Sardegna DOC.

Grape Variety: VERMENTINO.
Vinification: White wine vinification with fermentation at 18°C.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

  • Colour: Straw yellow with greenish hues.

  • Aroma: Floral bouquet.

  • Taste: Dry, medium-bodied, with almond notes on the finish.

Alcohol Content: 12.5% vol.
Acidity: 5.5 g/L.
Residual Sugar: 3 g/L.

Food Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with fish, crustaceans, and shellfish. Also recommended with fish-based first courses.
